Founded & academic foundation
Kgotsobela Consortium was founded by Kgomotso Thibela, a passionate entrepreneur with a strong vision for excellence in engineering and technical services. The founder holds a National Diploma in Power Engineering, which laid the foundation for the technical expertise and discipline that drive our business.
Early growth
The company started as a small engineering service provider, offering general maintenance and technical solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Expansion into HVAC
We expanded our expertise into the HVAC industry, specialising in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for industrial and commercial applications.
Building trust & capacity
Through consistent quality work and reliability, we grew our team, invested in advanced tools and equipment, and built long-term relationships with public and private sector clients.
Public & private sector experience
We gained valuable experience working with Government Departments, Municipalities, SANDF, and leading commercial clients, delivering large-scale HVAC and mechanical engineering projects.
